Your Right to Withdraw
If you are purchasing from the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you have nominated) receive the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a withdrawal request using the form on this page or by contacting us directly.
You may use the withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.
Once your request is received, we will acknowledge receipt and provide return instructions.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal:
- The item must be returned within the withdrawal period
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be included
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds may take several business days depending on your payment provider
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise stated:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
If a refund is issued, any original shipping fees (if applicable) may also be excluded unless required by law.
