Delivery on All Orders is Free on the Island of Ireland.

Orders are sent using a carrier and delivery service of our choice. Lead time for delivery ranges between 2-23 business days, depending on product and size.

Cast Iron and Cast Aluminium Radiators are all custom manufactured and finished to order. They have an average lead time of 3-5 weeks from date of order.

For time sensitive projects we recommend that project managers contact us by phone or email to check the estimated delivery date prior to ordering. We recommend that you do not book installers for your product (plumber, electrician etc.) until you have received and checked your product is correct and in perfect condition.

Depending on the product and order size, delivery may be 'to door' as individual parcels or 'kerbside' on a pallet. Radiator products can be heavy- for larger sizes it is advisable to use two people when lifting/moving the product.

Larger sized cast iron radiators can be very heavy and will require careful planning prior to order. When moving from delivery pallet to final position it is important that the full length of the radiator is supported and the product is carried upright at all times. A common cause of leakage is due to strain on the watertight gasket seals caused by carrying the radiator flat without supporting the middle sections. Two short pieces of wood 20mm x 50mm x 250mm make good handles when inserted between the last 2 sections at either end.

Delivery More Detail:

Goods may be delivered in more than one shipment, by more than one carrier.

All deliveries will be via our own drivers and third-party carriers. If couriers cannot deliver and we or they cannot make contact with you, the items may be returned to our stores, and you may be subject to a re-delivery charge.

Check your delivery on arrival and if packaging or product appears damaged in any way, please let us know by contacting info@theradiatorshop.ie 

While we will do our very best to ensure that your order arrives on time and is correct, The Radiator Shop will not be liable for any loss incurred by late delivery on stock or custom orders.

Once goods have been delivered to you, they will be held at your risk, and we will not be held liable for their loss or damage
