Return & Refund Policy

Returns

All orders received are confirmed with an order acknowledgement. Once this has been issued, no order can be cancelled without written consent from The Radiator Shop.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

·       Except if the Product is faulty or not as described, all Products must be returned to us in their original packaging. If products are not returned in their original packaging, we may reduce the amount refunded to you to reflect this.

·       Unless the Product is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. We advise that you take photos of the undamaged package before you send it back.

·       In the event that you are returning Products that were damaged when delivered to you, we will arrange for a courier to collect the Products from you and return them to us. In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for returning the Products to us.

·       Do not install or use any product if you deem it damaged or incorrect as once it is installed no refunds or replacements will be offered.

·       Installation of your product confirms acceptance that it is free from damage and the order is correct.

·       The Radiator Shop cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.

·       If collection of an item is required, we may charge you the cost of collection. The cost of collection is calculated based on the product [size and weight] and the collection location. 

·       Do not install or use any product if you deem it damaged or incorrect as once it is installed no refunds or replacements will be offered.

·       Installation of your product confirms acceptance that it is free from damage and the order is correct.

·       Please be aware you may be required to produce a photo of the damage and/or problem with a Product before we will refund any delivery charges and you may also be required to produce a photo if you receive a damaged item and require a refund/replacement or free collection

·       The Radiator Shop will take back your WEEE on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis, free of charge at the time of delivery. Waste batteries are taken back in store on a one-for-zero basis (i.e. no purchased required) as long as they are of equivalent type to that sold by us. WEEE and waste batteries can also be returned to your local civic amenity site free of charge. The following link will show you how to find the civic amenity site closest to you where you can recycle your WEEE, batteries and light bulbs, https://www.weeeireland.ie/household-recycling/where-can-i-recycle/. Never put WEEE, batteries or light bulbs in any of your bins.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom orders cannot be returned (unless for damage reasons) and these orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. This applies to all radiators in our Cast Iron and Cast Aluminum range and any orders of custom colours & finishes.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
