At The Radiator Shop, Ireland we operate a 30 day returns policy for stock items, so, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it- No Questions Asked!
The product must be in original undamaged packaging. If products are not returned in their original packaging, we may reduce the amount refunded to you to reflect this.
Important- Custom orders cannot be returned (unless for damage reasons) and these orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. This applies to all radiators in the Cast Iron or Cast Aluminium range.
